It’s time for our Annual Fight Night 🥊

This year, we’ve decided to run a raffle alongside the fights to raise money for a local little girl in need of medical assistance. Tickets will be sold now through the fights. We will live stream choosing the winners of each prize on Sunday, during the fights.

Tickets will be:
1 for $5
5 for $20
20 for $50

Be sure to not only join us in watching the UFC White House Card, but show some support to a local family!

☀️Summer is in full swing here in the White Mountains and we are offering two new summer yoga classes in addition to our Thursdays 10am CHAT (chair yoga) class.

🔹Yoga Sculpt: Sculpt is a high intensity class that blends the flow of Vinyasa with free weights, cardio and strength training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls. Practiced in a heated room with up tempo music.

🔹26&2 Hot Yoga: 26&2 is a full 90-min, heated class that builds strength, flexibility, focus and endurance through a step-by-step format that is repeated from week to week. The repetition of the poses allow you to start as a beginner and grow your practice at your pace.

We look forward to seeing you on the mat this summer.

Our Annual Pump & Run is here!

THIS Saturday, 9am at The Gym Show Low, winners takes home HALF THE POT 🏆

Rules:
Men under 40 - 90% of bodyweight
Men 40 & over - 80% of bodyweight
Women under 40 - 60% of bodyweight
Women 40 & over - 50% of bodyweight
Participants will run one mile starting at The Gym in Show Low, to the light by Maverick, and back to The Gym in Show Low.
Every rep takes 10 seconds off your timed run.

Today is 40 days for Easter when Jesus died. He then rose from the tomb was here on Earth for 40 days teaching. On the 40th day, which is today, ascended to Heaven to sit on his throne. 10 days later, was Pentecost, when the Holy Spirit was poured out. First in the upper room to the disciples, then to the crowds and to us. Jesus told the disciples to stay put until the spirit fell upon them and that’s when they started to go out and spread the “good news”, which is that God came down from Heaven, walked here on Earth, died for our sins, and was defeated death for all of us.
