Did you know you can hack your nervous system?
By intentionally manipulating and lengthening your breath pace. In yoga terms, this is called Pranayama. It allows you to shift from Fight-and-Flight to Rest-and-Digest. In tonight’s class, we are practicing Viloma Pranayama which translates to"against the wave" or interrupted breathing.

Deep, controlled breathing stimulates the vagus nerve, which tells your body to relax, repair, and regulate involuntary functions like heart rate and digestion.

The ancient Solfeggio frequencies are a set of nine tones used in modern sound therapy and meditation. Dating back to ancient times they’ve been utilized to balance the mind and body, promote healing, and reduce stress. 

 🧿📿🪬🕉️ As a certified Reiki I II & EVT practitioner, I offer private sessions for both of these wonderful modalities. If you are interested in a private session, please reach out with any questions you may have. I would love for you to experience them for yourself 💫
