Tomorrow is Halloween, Be Healthy Fam! Time to trade your workout gear for something a little more festive! 👀🧟

Classes will run as normal, but we want to see you DRESS TO IMPRESS! Whether you’re spooky, silly, or just super creative, come dressed in your Halloween best. 🎃

We’ll be choosing a costume contest winner, and there’s a SPECIAL PRIZE up for grabs!🏆

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out for our annual Breast Cancer Awareness Workout and to all of the amazing guests who joined our Be Healthy Fam in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 💕

We are SO proud of what we accomplished together! Thanks to your generosity and support, we nearly doubled the total amount we raised for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation! 🙌

We hope you had as much fun moving, dancing, and sweating with us as we did! ❤️

Joe has been a longtime resident of Piscataway and began training with us in November 2025. She quickly fell in love with all things strength, wellness, and, of course, the Be Healthy Fam! 🏋️‍♀️

Now, Joe is bringing that passion to our team as our Membership Coordinator & Engagement Specialist, helping us continue to grow, connect with, and support the amazing community that makes BHPT so special. 🫶

Happy ! 🎉 Today we’re spotlighting the one and only Kurt Gluck!

Kurt’s been part of the BHPT crew since February 2025, bringing unmatched humor, high energy, and a very special love for dead bugs to the gym floor! 🐜

He’s so dedicated that he arrives 30 minutes early every session to get warmed up and practice his stretches—and he especially makes sure not to miss a day when Therapy Dog Olivia is on shift! 🐶
