The season starting is not a reason to stop training.
If you stop training qualities like strength, speed, and power, they begin to fade. And as the season gets harder, staying physically prepared can help athletes keep confidence high, continue developing, and better handle the demands of practices and competition.
The goal of in-season training isn’t to crush athletes with more work.
It’s to give them the right amount of work to keep the qualities they built, stay resilient, and keep progressing.
Build it in the offseason. Keep it in-season.
If you want your athlete training with a structured, individualized plan this season, DM “TRIAL” to get started at Level Up Strength & Performance.
