If you’ve recently had a baby, I’m here to help guide you with intentional movement to:
✨reconnect to your body
✨nourish your body with gentle mobility
✨reconnect to your core and pelvic floor muscles
✨breathe and release tension in tight areas like the upper back and lower back

In my self paced Postpartum Program “Reconnect and Realign” there are 8 classes you can do within the first MONTH postpartum (and plenty more to support you through building full body strength)

All the classes in the program are under 25 minutes so you can realistically fit them into your days 🤱🏽

Get lifetime access to the entire postpartum program for $60.

I would definitely not do this ⬇️ to prep for birth…

Kegels!

Surprised?

While pelvic floor strength and coordination is incredibly important during pregnancy, contracting the pelvic floor doesn’t actually prepare you for birth.

Your pelvic floor muscles actually need to LENGTHEN not contract to get your baby out.

So instead of practicing small or quick contractions as you prepare for birth, try practicing pelvic floor RELAXATION.

Bonus if you try feeling your pelvic floor relax in many positions (hands and knees, side lying, lying on your back, etc) so your body knows how to relax during birth to make pushing more effective.

Here are some of my favorite feel good, functional pregnancy stretches 👇🏽

✨90/90 with a Side Bend:
Stretches the Psoas
Lengthens the side body muscles
Creates space at the pelvic inlet

✨Groin Stretch with Cat/Cow:
Stretches the inner thighs
Mobilizes the pelvis
Creates space at the mid pelvis

✨Adductor Rocks:
Stretches the adductors/inner thighs
Lengthens the pelvic floor muscles
Can help ease low back tightness
