A walk around the neighborhood, a yoga class, swimming, or light strength training can help you feel calmer and more energized. So, if you are looking for a place to get started, you are in the right place!

Drinking more water is a great way to stay hydrated, but hydration can also be affected by what you eat, too! Many fruits and vegetables have a high water content, making them a refreshing way to support hydration throughout the day.💧

Try incorporating easy, grab-and-go snacks like:
- Cucumber slices
- Watermelon
- Strawberries
- Orange slices
- Bell pepper strips
- Grapes

Pairing these with a bottle of water for a simple snack is a great way to keep you feeling energized and hydrated, especially during these warmer months.
