Don’t wait for motivation to start your health journey. Motivation comes and goes. ACTION is what creates momentum. Start small. Take a walk, lift some weights, make one better food choice or go to bed 30 minutes earlier.
You don’t need to overhaul your life overnight. Just start, keep showing up and let consistency do the rest.
Sometimes the best plan is simple: just do it💪🩷

Ginger and soy chicken with corn, peppers and broccoli. Add protein pasta for an EXTRA 11g of fiber and 20g protein💪🩷
Adding a complex carbohydrate to a meal gives you the fiber you need and fills you up. Think quinoa, legumes, sweet potato or protein pasta🫛🍠🫘 And depending on what you pick you could double the protein content of your plate!

Want to become stronger? You have to challenge your muscles and fuel your body.
Want better balance? You have to practice balance.
Want more energy? You have to start moving and eating well.
Want to age with strength, mobility and independence? You have to train for it.
And sometimes, becoming the healthier version of yourself means stepping outside what feels familiar.
Choosing consistency over comfort.
You don’t have to change everything overnight.
You simply have to be willing to do something you’ve never done.
New results require new actions.
Start small. Start where you are. But start🩷💪

AI is everywhere, but training is personal.
And sometimes, the human connection is the most important part🩷💪
As we age, the simple ability to bend and lift becomes incredibly important. It’s a movement we use every day - from picking something up off the floor to lifting a bag of groceries or getting things in and out of a cupboard. Training this movement pattern builds strength through the legs, hips and core, improves balance and coordination and teaches us to lift safely and confidently. Being able to bend and lift isn’t just about fitness, it’s about maintaining independence🩷💪
