NC Challengers - Mann

Couldn’t have asked for a better ending to the season and the end of 10u. Started out the day slow with a 1-1 tie, then played the next 4 games in a row with no breaks, outscoring our opponents 49-7 and winning the gold bracket! The day was a perfect representation of this spring season, started out slow then the bats got fired up and the defense took us to the next level. So proud of these girls, and can’t wait for the next challenge of 12u after a summer break!

Some days the bats are hot, and some days are like today when you have to rely on defense and small ball your way to a championship. Proud of these girls for never giving up in a 13 hour day, where they got down 3 times in the last game and kept finding ways to claw back in it, eventually stealing home on a past ball to seal the deal!

It was hot this weekend, but our bats were hotter! 5-0 on the weekend and Gold Bracket Champions!

Forgot to post the schedule for this weekend, but we are here and the girls are crushing it. 3-0 on the day, back tomorrow morning to finish the job!

Weather turned our two day into a one day, but the girls are having a good time regardless!
