The 2015 Program includes 4 sites, 28 neighborhoods, 1500 volunteer hours, and over 200 youth from predominantly at risk communities. The Pittsburgh Harlequins help develop rugby in the Pittsburgh area through youth outreach programs, supporting High School rugby teams, university teams, and other age-grade teams.
