A true Pittsburgher through and through, he was born and raised in the South Hills and has proudly called the city home his entire life. 🖤💛 After nursing school, there was never really a reason to leave… he loves the city, discovering new spots, and getting to experience all four seasons.

By day, he’s a registered “murse” 💅🏼 working in cardiology. Outside of the hospital, you’ll find him staying active, whether that’s lifting in the gym, training for his next run, or crossing big goals off his list (like recently completing his very first half marathon)🩺🏃🏼‍♂️

He also loves spending time with friends, trying new restaurants, and never saying no to a good happy hour. 🍸🍽️

His fitness journey wasn’t exactly traditional. He tried just about every sport growing up, but it wasn’t until musical theater that he found his people and a creative outlet that truly felt like home ✨🎭 That love for movement set to music eventually led him to rhythm riding, and from his very first class, he was hooked. He knew he wanted to coach instantly! Cycling became more than just a workout…it gave him the same creative, expressive feeling he loved on stage. 🎶🚲

His coaching style? High-energy, empowering, and passionate. He’s here to help riders step outside their comfort zones, find confidence, and fall in love with dancing (oh and sprinting😉) on a bike.

And his playlists? Expect pop divas, house beats, and club remixes that will have you feeling like you’re at the ultimate dance party. 🪩🔥

Pittsburgh born and raised, and after graduating from West Virginia University, the country roads led right back home 💛🌀

Family is everything to her 🫶🏼 she loves spending time with her siblings, her boyfriend, and her furry crew: Shih Tzus, Scooter and Buster and her beloved cat, Martini 🍸🐆

By day, she’s a Development Associate at UPMC Children’s Hospital Foundation, supporting fundraising and philanthropy. By night (and basically all her free time), you’ll find her coaching at F45, working out, tackling grad school, reading, practicing yoga, or adding another tiny tattoo to the collection 🤸🏻‍♀️✨

Fitness has always been her outlet a place to decompress, recharge, and celebrate everything her body can do 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Her coaching style? Authentic. Gritty.
Her playlists? Think indie pop, pop-punk, and house remixes for a seriously high-energy ride 🪩🔥
