Today I had the joy of teaching a yoga class at the Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh University Center—and I have to say, it feeds my soul. 🧘‍♀️💕

I was especially blessed to have my daughter and her friend join me, along with one of my lovely friends who brought some of her friends. Sharing something I love with people I love made today even more special.

A heartfelt thank you to Becky and her wonderful crew at the Marriott for giving me the opportunity to share my passion for yoga with others. I’m so grateful for this beautiful space and the chance to create a little more peace, connection, and positive energy in our community.

It was an extra special yoga class yesterday because my daughter and her lovely friend Caroline attended!

Thank you to Lindsey and her wonderful staff at by Marriott Pittsburgh University Center for hosting a monthly, in-person yoga class that I am grateful to teach. Every mat was filled and that is such a thrill for me to share my passion of Yoga with others! 🧘‍♂️💕
