Rather than relying on standard consumer heat-and-step methods that offer only rough contours, this bespoke process utilizes precise fluid displacement over a plaster cast. Using a high-strength, transparent industrial polyurethane elastomer, we capture the exact 1:1 planar geometry of the client's feet to ensure zero-tolerance contact. Every curve, from the steep heel pocket to the vertical high-arch wall, is cast to mirror the client’s unique physical geometry with precision. The result is a structural footprint engineered to deliver effortless, day-long comfort.
This high-precision molding and replication service is reserved exclusively for our private clientele and high-performance portfolio contracts. It is not available as a standard retail service to the general public.
