🐅💛🖤 OUR WRESTLING FAMILY IS CELEBRATING TONIGHT! 🖤💛🐅

Tonight, North Allegheny Girls Wrestling is proud to celebrate four of our own — Anna, Lorelei, Shanmukha, and Kait! 🤼‍♀️

These four are more than just wrestlers on our team — they’re part of our wrestling family. We’re proud of the hard work, dedication, and Tiger pride they bring to our program, and we love seeing them represent North Allegheny in everything they do!

Tonight, they’ll be recognized during North Allegheny Football’s Senior Night for their involvement in our marching band. While tonight’s celebration takes place on the football field, they’ll always have a home on the mat with us! 🖤💛

Help us celebrate Anna, Lorelei, Shanmukha, and Kait! We’re proud to be part of their journey and can’t wait to see where their stories take them.

We’re getting ready for another exciting season of North Allegheny Girls Wrestling! 🤼‍♀️

We’re inviting **all incoming and returning wrestling parents** to join us for our preseason parent meeting. We’ll go over plans for the upcoming season, share important information, and make sure everyone is ready to go!

🎮 Homecoming weekend with NA Girls Wrestling! 💛🖤
Homecoming Weekend was one for the books!
This year's parade theme was Games, so our girls took it to the next level with a Minecraft-themed float! ⛏️🎮 From Creepers and TNT to blocks, balloons, and plenty of team spirit, the girls had a blast representing North Allegheny Girls Wrestling in the parade.
And we had another reason to celebrate…
👑 Senior Captain Lorelei Bungard was selected to the Homecoming Court!
We couldn't be more proud to see Lorelei representing our team and our school. She and our girls showed that being part of NA Girls Wrestling is about more than wrestling — it's about team, community, school spirit, and making memories together.
A great Homecoming Weekend with an even better group of girls. 💛🖤

We’re excited to be partnering with LuchaFIT and Katherine Shai and joining the **Unstuck Wrestler Program** this season! 🔥

As a program, we’ve always believed in pushing the sport forward and creating opportunities for our girls to reach their full potential. Now, we’re bringing that same intentionality to **mindset and performance**.

The Unstuck Wrestler Program will help our athletes develop the mental skills to handle the moments that can decide tight matches—building confidence, resilience, focus, and the ability to perform when it matters most.

We’re excited to invest in the **whole wrestler** and give our girls another tool to help them grow on and off the mat.

North Allegheny Girls Wrestling is inviting girls in grades 7-12 to hit the mat and experience one of the fastest-growing sports with a series of upcoming Try-It Nights. No previous wrestling experience is needed, making the sessions an opportunity for girls to learn the basics of the sport, meet coaches and wrestlers, and see what the program has to offer.

Our three Try-It Nights will be on September 21, October 14 and November 5 at 5:00 p.m. at North Allegheny Senior High School. We emphasizes building strength for other sports, developing confidence, overcoming mental and physical challenges, and creating strong bonds with teammates. Wrestlers also compete at their natural weight, with no weight cutting required.

Our program is designed to introduce girls to wrestling in a welcoming environment while helping them find their strength, develop confidence and build lasting friendships
