Stroll & Sound is a gentle invitation to slow down and reconnect - first through mindful movement, then through deep rest. We’ll begin with a lovely 1.2 mile walk along the wooded trails of Ohio Township Community Park, followed by a one-hour sound bath held inside the nature center. During the sound bath, you’ll rest comfortably as layers of sound surround you, helping to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind. The resonant tones of singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments often leave participants feeling grounded, clear, and deeply at ease.
