Our good friend Bryant Pappas will be training at the gym Tuesday 6/23-Thursday 6/25 in preparation for his upcoming pro fight. Bryant will be helping run our Tuesday 6PM Technique class and brings a wealth of knowledge about the sport of boxing and life in general.
"Bryant Pappas has a life story thats like a movie.
He is 52, still boxing . This gentleman is a police captain in Yonkers, was one of the responders in 9/11, got cancer after that, the cancer is now in remission, he has been a promoter, a matchmaker is boxing, and still at age 52 he is in the midst of a 21 year boxing career. I don't even know how he's managed to fit that all into a life...but he has"

Since opening the gym in March, I’ve seen this guy every single morning at exactly the same time, walking down the bike lane past the gym. He’s completely in his own world, always moving with the same rhythm. Headphones on, one arm swinging, and his right hand snapping out to the side, keeping perfect time with whatever he’s listening to.
Rain or shine, he’s there. Same route. Same groove.
May we all find that kind of consistency—and that kind of groove—today.

We are pleased to announce that tickets are now available for our SUMMER HEAT professional boxing event at the Hollywood Casino at the Meadows. Our stacked card features talented fighters including Danny Bodish, Brian Mowry, Kiante Irving, Paul Palombo, Asadbek Saidov, John Graziano, and more. Additionally, we will be presenting a lifetime achievement award to our esteemed friend Mike Murray. We look forward to seeing you on July 18th at the Meadows.
