Here's the new routine we did today in Zumba. I took Patty Heath Kraemer's class at Emphico this past Sunday, and she did this one.
I loved it so much that I had to bring it to class at Platinum Fitness Center. I did make a couple little changes, cause I'm not super coordinated. 😆
