Our PARKING LOTS will be OPEN for the Steeler game on Sunday, but the BLITZBURGH HIDEAWAY will be CLOSED. ...We couldn't stand the fact that someone in a Browns' Jersey might show. Haha!

Our team had a great time this year hosting BYOB tailgate parties . We hope you had a chance to stop by and get involved in the fun! A quick shout out to Molly and Cindy for doing a fabulous job with the food and Michael Sinchak for getting the room ready for each home game.

This has been the best season yet for Blitzburgh! We've been thrilled to host you all! For the last game our lots WILL be open, but there will not be tailgating on December 29th.

Thanks to everyone who came out last night to tailgate with us! Great game, wasn't it? We've loved hanging out with you this season!

Baby it's cold outside! But even with the snow and the crippling loss, we had a great time at Blitzburgh. It was even better with atmosphere provided by the talented Evan Gregorius!

We are SO EXCITED for the tailgating this weekend!

It isn't because we're confident of beating the Dolphins (though they haven't won a game in Pittsburgh in 23 years). It isn't even because all hope of the playoffs are hanging on winning this game (but we're waving our terrible towels hard!).

We're excited for this Sunday because we will have LIVE MUSIC in Blitzburgh, provided by Evan Gregorius ( on Twitter). Evan has played at the Hard Rock Cafe, among other places, and is a fantastic musician.

So tailgating, great food, AND a mini-concert? You better not miss this!

We're looking forward to hearing his music on December 8th!
