At North Hills ATA Martial Arts, we offer a variety of programs to help teach the martial art of Taekwondo to students of all ages and skill levels. We have several programs for a variety of purposes, ranging from basic martial arts, to weapons training, to leadership and life skills building. Over the years, the ATA has come to realize that there are many reasons for studying Taekwondo, and we have worked hard to develop programs that will help realize these goals. Testing is almost here! 🥋🔥

Our next belt testing is October 21-23, and the countdown is on! Last testing, we saw big kicks, brave board breaks, and plenty of smiles from our youngest students to our black belts. 💪

Now it's time to get ready for round two! Here's how to prepare:

✅ Come to class consistently
✅ Practice your forms and techniques at home
✅ Ask your instructor if you're not sure what to work on
✅ Bring your best attitude and your best effort!

Every belt is earned one class at a time. Let's make this testing our best one yet! 🏆

🏅 What a weekend at ATA Fall Nationals right here in Pittsburgh! 🏅

Our North Hills ATA competitors brought it all weekend long. Forms, sparring, weapons, board breaking… and a whole lot of medals coming home with us. 🥇🥈🥉

From our ATA Tigers stepping onto the mat for the very first time to our Black Belts going toe to toe with the best in the world, every single one of you made us proud.

This was the final year of Fall Nationals in Pittsburgh, and our team made sure we sent it off in style. 🎉

Huge thank you to our instructors, judges, and the parents and families who cheered them on. This is what North Hills ATA is all about. 💪
