She’s been putting a lot of time in, doing privates, helping with the kids program and being a main stay of our ever growing women’s only program. Two awesome days of training with Gutemberg Pereira as always. Great groups both days working hard and improving.

Congrats to the newest black belts in our room. Laura Cook Aaron Hannan and David Gabig You all have added to our culture and Jiu Jitsu in positive ways. Im excited to be a continuing presence in your new journey at black belt. All three time tested, competition proven, instructors and givers not takers. Couldn’t be more proud to stand with the three of you every night.
