Took Win, Cedar, and Gracie to Ascend Point Breeze today!

When your kids are obsessed with your climbing gear it could anywhere !?!?

We had the best day yesterday! Win had his last soccer game and scored 2 goals. Then we went to trick or treat on the trail in Murrysville and got WAY to much candy.

I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas and it’s getting closer everyday!! Got to tour the new Ascend Point Breeze the other day. Construction workers and route setters were working hard and things are looking awesome! I’m stoked and can’t wait to try out these new walls. This was on Tuesday so I’m sure a lot more is already done. Can’t wait to see everyone there!

Win got to take his best friend Gracie out for a hike and some climbing! Perfect fall weather and hanging out with family and friends makes for the perfect day. We even got Pappy to do a couple climbs

Curled up on the ground crying is usually where I end up too little buddy! Poor little Cedar was trying so hard to stand up on the slackline yesterday. I think we might have to enroll in the next slackline workshop at and work on our skills a little bit

Whether you think you CAN or think you CAN’T you’re RIGHT! Just got done with a 30 minute tabata ride. I hate tabata rides mostly cause I suck at them but if you want to get better you have to train your weaknesses. Cardio training is also very important and often overlooked when training for climbing. We had such a great time yesterday during our yoga and climbing trip! Tyler taught an amazing yoga class that got us primed and ready to crush some climbs. Can’t wait to do it again.
