I make high quality hula hoops for fun and fitness. They can be customized to accommodate color and style preferences. Special orders are always welcome.
I love hula hoops and hula hooping and I want to spread the love to as many people as possible. I make day hoops (non-LED) using both poly pro and standard pvc tubing. Hoops range from $20 - $30, depending on material costs. In addition, I will soon make instructional videos to help you to learn new hoop dance moves.

Sunset sihouette videos are my new favorite to make. I'm working on remembering to incorporate more moves while I'm flowing. Practicing them in isolation is easy, incorporating them into your flow can be challenging.
