I help women lose fat + feel normal around food, without diet rules or tracking macros.

Nina researched proper nutrition and gave up meal replacements and boring diets for wholesome, nutritious, unprocessed foods. In addition, Nina discovered the value of strength training and b

Real life will always include parties, dinners, vacations, weekends, and stressful days.

That’s why learning how to enjoy these foods without turning it into a “might as well keep going” day is so important. đŸ©·

Here’s what I’d say if you were my client đŸ©·đŸ‘‡đŸŒ

Are you close to your period? Because water retention is real and it will make that number go up even when you did everything right.

You mentioned chipotle for lunch and that it was salty. Water follows salt. That’s not fat.

Are you sore from your workouts? Muscles hold onto water when they’re repairing. Also not fat.

Have you gone to the bathroom today? The scale weighs everything that’s in your body — food, water, waste, bones, muscles, organs. Not just fat. All of it.‹‹So the scale went up, but if you keep going, it will also go back down.

One data point doesn’t cancel a good week. But quitting does.

Link in bio if you’re done letting a number on a scale be the thing that makes you quit. đŸ©·

You just tried on last year’s shorts
 and they don’t even button

04/21/2026

Right now, you’re telling yourself:
“Summer is coming. I should probably start eating better.”

But you’re not panicking yet.

Until you try on last year’s shorts.
Sucking in. Turning to the side.
Yanking at the waistband.
They don’t even button.

You’re scrolling Lulu’s website, trying to find the longest, baggiest dress possible for that June wedding.

Wondering if you can get away with long sleeves when it’s 90° outside.

You see a pool-day invite in the group chat.
You don’t want to feel like the “big friend” in the photos. Again.ïżœ
Your mind is racing:
“I need to get it together.”
“I’ll start working out twice a day.”
“Maybe I should stop eating carbs.”
“I just won’t eat before the parties.”

But that’s been the plan the last few summers, and you know it never works.

If you wait until June, you’ll feel exactly how you do right now.
Except you’ll be sweatier and more stressed.

But if you start now

You’ll wear the dress you actually want to wear to that wedding.
You’ll say yes to the pool party without dreading the photos.
You’ll sip summer cocktails and get ice cream with your kids, without trying to “make up for it” later.

This summer gets to be different. đŸ©·

One of my favorite things I see with clients is when food stops feeling like
something they need to manage.

They’re not planning their next meal while eating their current one.

They’re not laying in bed at night replaying what they ate or mentally adjusting macros for tomorrow.

Food takes up less brain space.
That’s when progress sticks.
