Your cycle can be an invitation to listen more closely to your body.

💁🏻‍♀️Pre-ovulation: after your period until ovulation

As estrogen rises during the follicular phase, you may notice more energy. If that’s how you feel, more dynamic movements can be a lovely way to match that energy.

The movements labelled “pre-ovulation” are options for this time.

🧚🏻‍♀️Post-ovulation: the luteal phase.

After ovulation, progesterone rises. Some women may experience more fatigue or bloating and prefer slower, gentler movement.

The variations labelled “post-ovulation” offer options for those lower-energy days.

🧑🏻‍🩰Let how you feel guide your practice.

Every body and every cycle can feel different. If you feel comfortable and energised during your luteal phase, there’s no need to automatically reduce the intensity of your practice.

You can also choose the gentler variations whenever you need them, regardless of your cycle phase.

🚴‍♀️Cycle syncing can simply be a way to make space for your body’s changing needs, without turning movement into another set of rules🤍
