Next, we would like you to meet Miss Mackenzie!

Misss. Mackenzie started dancing when she was 3 years old, she came to Gemini when she was 10 and continued through her senior year. She became an assistant while still in high school and then took over her own dance classes starting in 2019.

Miss. Mackenzie’s passion and experience for dance isn’t the only thing she thrives at here at Gemini. She is also a huge asset to our recreational gymnastics program. Her experience with grace and technique truly helps our little ones excel! Miss.Mackenzies dedication to both our dance and gymnastics program truly makes us one of a kind.

We are so thankful to have Miss Mackenzie teaching all over Gemini!! ❤️

Let’s meet our fabulous staff!!

First up- Miss Kayla!

Miss Kayla began her gymnastics career at Gemini when she was 3 years old and worked her way through the program competing through Level 9 in our USAG program.

Miss. Kayla took over as the competitive team head coach in 2010. She coaches all ages/levels of our recreational and competitive team programs, preschool through USAG Level 10. She has coached her competitive team gymnasts to many USAG State, Regional, and National competitions.

She treats each gymnast as her own and strives to make a positive impact in the lives of all the kids she coaches, not just through the sport, but in life. Miss Kayla has dedicated 18+ years to the Gemini gymnastics program, giving children of all ages and abilities the positive experience they deserve.

Preschool and Kindergarten gymnastics classes here at Gemini will transform your child, helping them become confident, independent, and strong little ones!

Our program focuses heavily on developing gross and fine motor skills, along with teaching children how to follow directions and recognize patterns. Your shy or anxious child will grow leaps and bounds with as little or as much commitment as you want. Come and try our classes for a month or stay all year long. I promise they won’t want to leave us!

Lil’ Dragons is a martial arts program designed for pre-school and kindergarten students.

We learn to focus, listen, and cooperate through class activities and games that incorporate foundational techniques such as punching, kicking, and blocking.
We work on strength, agility, and motor skills.

We build confidence as we set goals and work hard to achieve them. Lil’ Dragons have a belt system and test for promotions.

Looking for something for you preschool/ kindergartener to do?

We have something for you!! Today we will introduce you to all of our preschool and kindergartener programs.

First up- Dance

Preschool dance is tap based and includes some ballet and some acrobatics. We work on building coordination, confidence, pattern recognition and social skills. They perform 1 dance in the recital in a gorgeous sparkly costume!

Kindergarten dance is a combination class that includes tap, ballet, jazz and acrobatics. We begin to build their technique vocabulary while building confidence, strength and fine motor skills. They perform 2 dances in our recital!
