Humbled and honored for AHN Sports Performance to be involved with the Neil Walker WPIAL Showcase! We provided the active warm up, ran the Performance testing stations and provided medical coverage for the event. It was a great event for the HS baseball players in the WPIAL looking to showcase their talents in front of over 20 college coaches that were in attendance. Kudos to the Lanista Sports group for organizing and running this special event... and Kudos to the Pittsburgh Kid Neil Walker for having a passion to help HS players in Western PA continue their playing career after graduation. Neil was very "hands on" all day with all positions. It was a great day for all! 💪

This past weekend was Healthcare Appreciation Weekend at PNC Park! The Pirates and Allegheny Health Network are proud to recognize two incredible members of our medical team:

Dr. Darren Frank is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon who has served as an assistant team physician for the Pirates for the past 19 years, being promoted to and working as Head Orthopaedic Surgeon for the team since 2012.

Dr. Todd Franco has spent the last 18 years as a Pirates team physician and is currently serving as the team’s Director of Physiatry. In his role, Franco will be the principal doctor overseeing the medical care of all Pirates players, coaches and staff members.

A big thank you to all the healthcare heroes who work tirelessly to care for those in their communities!

Best wishes and "good hands" to AHN Sports Performance athlete Jerome Baxter as he heads to the ring today to battle US Olympic Medalist Omari Jones (Bronze, 2024 Olympic Games in Paris France). The boxing match will take place today at the Fountainbleu Resort Hotel in Las Vegas NV! Lets Go Jerome! 💪

And the season goes on! The Cardiac Kids scored 1 more penalty kick than Detroit City FC and will host Rhode Island next Saturday at HM Stadium for the first ever appearance in the Eastern Conference Finals! Lets Go! Lets Go Hounds! 💪
