Thank you to and his crew of extremely talented Jiu Jitsu athletes for spending the evening sharing the mats all the way from Ecuador to Pittsburgh. Jiu Jitsu builds connections.

Continuing with our tradition of bringing world class athletes and high level competitors from around the world. Join us this Thursday at 6pm for a members only event. Ecuador 🇪🇨 legend will be stopping through with a team of his competitors on their way to compete. Come learn from an innovator and meet some new friends.

Today one of my oldest and best friends received his black belt. Jack and I started training together and he was the first of our whole crew to get his purple. He was always one of the toughest and most talented people in any grappling room. A true warrior and martial artist, he never let BJJ leave his life. This dude has been a black belt in spirit for years. I’m glad he’s got the gear to match the commitment and talent level. Love you always my brother. Congrats.

Wednesdays are normally no gi at noon. Tomorrow we stay in the gi. Strike while the iron is hot. Tomorrow noon class with let’s go! Not done yet!!
