Flashing it back even further to when BAP Artistic Director performed the role of Marie in The Nutcracker!

A holiday tradition unlike any other, we hope your child will join us for this year's production at the Thomas Jefferson High School Theater in Jefferson Hills. Dates/times are the following:

Friday, December 11 at 7pm
Saturday, December 12 at 12pm & 4:30pm
Sunday, December 13 at 12pm & 4:30pm

For our Children's Ballet 1-4 students, information is sent out soon after fall classes have begun, and registrations are accepted at that time. There is a one-time participation fee of $75, with weekly rehearsals held on Sundays in the mid-afternoon, and beginning in later October. All costumes are provided/maintained by the Ballet Academy of Pittsburgh, so there are no additional costume fees. And, no fundraising.

In a full circle moment, Anna now rehearses the Marie's, and Nutcracker season at BAP is only a few weeks away!

Classes for the Student and Pre-Professional Divisions begin next Tuesday, September 8, while the fall trimester for all Children's Division (once-a-week) classes begins Monday, September 14.

Be sure to register your child so that they can be a part of the largest youth production of The Nutcracker in the greater-Pittsburgh area! At this time, there are three spots in Ballet 3, and one spot in Ballet 4.

We're just one week away from the beginning of the 2026-27 school year for Student Level 1 - High School (2x a week & up, ages 6 - 18)!

Monday classes include Mommy & Me Ballet (ages 18 months - 3), Children's Ballet 1 (ages 3-4), and Children's Ballet 2 (ages 4-5).

Ballet 4 children participating in The Nutcracker (December 11-13) are cast as Little Mice or Little Angels.
