How to make/keep friends at the gym?

🫧Wash your gear after ever practice- this includes your Gi and hand wraps.
🚫🚗Treat your gear like kids or pets-DON’T LEAVE IN YOUR HOT CAR.
☣️Disinfect-use foam or spray disinfectant-you can get it at the dollar store.
💨Air everything out - mesh bags are best! BUY A COOL ACADEMY ONE IN OUR PROSHOP 🥊
🧼Use disinfectant soap like defense soap or soaps with tee tree oil(you can add your own to any soap)
🧺Get a mesh laundry bag to keep your hand wraps from getting tangled with your clothes.

- Staph and ring worm don’t care that your a blue belt.
