Experience sensory immersion with guided movement for an experience that your nervous system and Spirit will thank you for. ✨

Join Julia DiPietro, 200 RYT and Amy George, 200 RYT for a gentle, all-bodies-welcome yoga flow supplemented by touch/hands-on assists to facilitate a deepened experience. Heather George, certified sound healer, will accompany with the healing sounds of singing bowls and other instruments. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Expect to leave with an increased sense of grounding, awareness, and connection. ❤️
