Like all martial art gyms VisionQuest has a full schedule of general public classes happening during the week that everyone of all skill levels and commitment can attend.

One of the things that sets us apart from other gyms is that we run separate Fight Team specific training sessions all week as well. This way our fighters get the private attention they need without taking away from other students. This also allows our fighters to attend regular classes as well and get the extra reps in.

Often our pad class will start with 1 round of a basic combination. (In this instance it's a cross followed by an uppercut)
We'll then do follow up rounds that are "same set up, different finish". Allowing us to explore what openings throwing the cross/uppercut will give us and trying to finish in different ranges.
RD1 cross, uppercut
RD2 cross, uppercut, head kick
RD3 cross, uppercut, elbow
RD4 cross, uppercut, liver punch
RD5 pad holder calls out which finish they want
