Working on a beautiful new project. Thank you
Such a great sound engineer! Patient and so instinctual when it comes to mixing music. Check out Jackson and his music! You won't be disappointed π€ππ»

I think I have a closer understanding to my high school teachers π I had the opportunity to work with souls that are willing to answer sticky questions and show up for themselves.
This was made possible by the Eureka Program at the
The foundation opens doors to opportunities AND challenges children in middle and high school to live into this wild and crazy world. I wish I had a free summer resource like this growing up. And to think they have courses going on ALL year!!! π
As is with any course we don't get to answer all the Q's and we might even leave with a few more Q's. BUT!!!! The trick is that we walk away from a course with conscious questions and we begin to step forward with deeper knowledge and deep firm roots into the future.
These souls are doing just that! Taking conscious steps towards their future selves. π What an empowering thought.

Week 3 with these incredible souls!!! πππ This was caught just moments before class started and we learned how to unpack the future we want to create for ourselves.
Big dreams and goals were shared! In order to help them build their future, we focused on the ONE small goal they achieve as they continue setting the groundwork towards their big dreams.
Every journey begins with the ONE small step.
π€
What's ONE small step you can do today to get you closer to your ONE big goal? I actually want to know!!! π

The calm before the storm! I have the incredible honor of teaching this summer! In collaboration with & ππ€
What a beautiful whirl wind the first day of class was. Getting to meet new souls is always exciting π
We went from awkward hellos to big dreams to laughter to tears to punny jokes.
What would you have been able to accomplish with the added support of learning how to leverage change to your benefit?
Hint!!!
It's not too late π€π

Throw back to 4 years ago when a Miami girl *cough* Me ;) experienced her first winter!
This memory popped up on my phone and I just had to share. This was definitely a wild chapter in my life. Filled with new adventures, hiking in a winter wonderland, new friendships, internal wars with my sanity, discovering SADD, finding small moments of joy, and testing out the depth of old friendships as distance played its part.
Four years later and entering into my fifth winter I now understand how to navigate my internal world in each season, am embracing the beauty of cozy β and I have the strongest bond with those closest to me.
Kind of excited for what this winter has in store for us!
I hope that isn't hubris talking... and if it is, well then I guess no one ventures into the unknown without a healthy dose of hubrisπ
ππ€
What have you learned about yourself over the past four years?

This is my getting in gear to learn about creative ways to move my body during winter!!! The colder months tends to foster a slower energy for me within my body. And yet, as many of us know getting in some movement naturally creates feel good hormones. Something we deeply need during winter.
We'll be diving into creating sustainable body movements during our colder North Eastern months!
Join us for

This world is a deeply humbling AND caring place.
We are given constant reminders about how much work there is always left to do. When we realize there's more to do it can be a hit to the stomach.
So we dig our heels in, rightfully so! Because we have done so much and grown so much. This "digging in of our heels" is our sacred interruption for a personal boundary as we internalize everything that has been learned. So we can live into the new version of ourselves we've been creating.
Today I'd like to invite you to soften your heels and reflect on what have deeply learned and know to be true for you, I call this "Bone Truthiness", you feel it deep in your marrow.
And a second invitation to softly reflect on lessons you are still actively learning.
I would deeply love to hear one of your Bone Truths π¦΄π¦΄π¦΄

These are the Feisty Souls that came together at the RAD Brain Class and made turning their brains off look like a complete walk in the park.
β β β β β β β β β
And here's the real truth, it is not a walk in the park. We are constantly battling our external world AND expect to keep our internal world sane. That's enough to keep anyone for being able to rest! So how did these ladies flip the script AND turn their brains off? β β β β β β β β β
π« Made room for grace during a challenging time. π« They leaned on their hard earned strengths they ALREADY had in order to give them the ease to navigate all those questions that keep us up at night
π« Learned their brain isn't the problem!
β β β β β β β β β
AND the most important...
β β β β β β β β β
π« They didn't do it ALONE. β β β β β β β β β
For a long time we put the pedal to the medal and we have gotten far. And yet, when we reach a place where going hard just isn't doing the trick, we bash our heads trying to make old tricks work.
β β β β β β β β β
Here's where we invite grace to enter so we can soften about the WHY, lean into our strength, know what isn't the problem and lean onto our sources of help. So we can recharge and take a step towards overcoming a challenge.
β β β β β β β β β
I wonder... What area of your quarantine can use a little bit of grace? Where can you give yourself a permission slip? β β β β β β β β β

Day 3 of Quarantine... β
β β β β β β β β β β
After playing, sitting around, leaning into laziness, and of course spiraling down the road of getting nervous about the future and trying to over plan every possible detail to "survive" this strange time.β
β β β β β β β β β β
It helped to take a step back and appreciating this unexpected space to create. Because at the end of the day life will always push and pull us in multiple directions along with sling a few curve balls (or molotov some toilet paper) ππ€ͺβ
β β β β β β β β β β
When I speak to my clients it always astonishes us how often we need to realign with ourselves with the reality we are choosing to live into. During this strange time of unexpected "free time" and space I'm feeling a bit curious. β
β β β β β β β β β β

Taking a moment to connect with nature as a steadying force during these strange days. β
β β β β β β β β β β
The entire world is taking this moment to pause and social distance itself. During this time I'm grateful for the calls from and to loved ones as we reconnect with what's truly important. Today I felt deep gratitude as I walked one of my favorite paths and breathed in some fresh air. β
β β β β β β β β β β
The world may be in upheaval and times are uncertain. Leaning into fear and scarcity will close us off from each other. Let's dare to take a breathe and trust deeply into the roots of our support systems. We are more connected than we think. ππΌπβ
