Thinking about trying OPB but feeling nervous?
We get it!
So many of our members started with the same thoughts:
“What if I can’t keep up?”
“What if everyone knows what they’re doing?”
“What if I feel out of place?”
And then they came to class and realized this isn’t that kind of studio.
We’ll guide you. We’ll offer options. We’ll remind you to breathe. And we’ll be really proud of you for showing up.

5 things we’ve learned in 5 years of OPB:
1.) You do not have to be “in shape” to start.
2.) The hardest part is usually walking through the door.
3.) Small, consistent choices really do add up.
4.) Community makes movement feel different.
5.)There is room for you here exactly as you are.

OPB was never meant to be a place where you had to prove yourself. It was meant to be a place where you could come home to yourself.
Five years later, that still feels like the heart of it all. 💙
What’s one thing OPB has taught you?

It’s officially our 5-year anniversary month 🥹✨
Five years of pulses, first classes, consistency, shaky legs, feeling stronger, milestones, and so many “I almost didn’t come but I’m so glad I did” moments.
When I think about OPB turning 5, I don’t just think about the classes. I think about the people. The friendships. The confidence built one class at a time. The way this little studio has become a place to move, reset, feel supported, and belong.
Thank you for being part of this community in any way — whether you’ve been here since the beginning or you just walked through the door.
We’re celebrating all month long, and I’m so grateful we get to do it together.
You belong here. Always. 🫶
