Delicious dinner at home: Hummus Ravioli with broccoli and trumpet mushrooms, topped with pesto sauce, vegan parm and toasted pine nuts.

Working all day in the photo studio today for my favorite client so decided to treat myself to vegan brunch to go - shout out to Berkshire Mountain Bakery for having the only tofu scramble currently available in the area (and it’s phenomenal)!
