🚨🦍🚨REAL FORM-REAL PROGRESS🚨🦍🚨
Emma Stevens, 8th Grade, Wyoming Area.
This young lady had been W O R K I N G. A few months ago Emma had big trouble with form, keeping her balance, depth, and doing even 75lbs on squat! Last night, her progress showed big time. She worked her way up a 4/5 sets prior and hit her final set of 2, of 150lbs!
I’m so proud of Emma and her dedication. She always makes it to the gym even if she has a session alone! The growth is real all around and I’m stoked she’s seeing it too… trying to hide her smile when she does things she didn’t think she could do! Confidence is on the rise too!
Keep it up Emma, we have lots more room to grow kid!! 😈😤🦍💪🏼

The Rotten Tomato Meal Co. is becoming a staple in my house now. 2-3 days a week… easy, clean, and quality ingredients when I don’t have the time or am too lazy! Check them out if you haven’t! Deserts and lots of sourdough bread too!

🚨🦍🚨JUST WORK!🚨🦍🚨
Covey Lehman, sophomore, Holy Redeemer.
How do you deal with a tough field hockey loss to Del Val? Come in and deadlift it out right after the game and work it all out! Covey came in ANGRY, and I already knew why the second I saw her jersey on!
Her max is really reallyyyyy nearing 275lbs on CONVENTIONAL deadlift now, if not already… she repped this out (205lbs) after 2 previous sets of 185lbs for 10, and work ups prior… she weighs 113lbs give or take a pound 🤯!! Her growth and dedication to everything she does is unparalleled.
This young lady doesn’t take losing easy, and I love that about her. Straight from a tough game, then right to training to work it out and build, then back home to crush her school work and get ready for the next day.….. She is HER!
The wins will always come when you work as hard as you do, Covington, ESPECIALLY in life. ALWAYS PROUD OF YOU! 😈🦍😤💪🏼

What a great surprise from Marine Corps Boot Camp! First letter from my former athlete Aiden Sweder, as he is just beginning boot camp. He’s been there about 2 weeks now, and this is about the time they get to write… and I got my letter in! Writing him back as we speak, and sending out today! This one was just his address and some info to write him, hopefully next one I get to hear how it’s going and all the “fun” he’s having 😂. So proud of this young man, he doesn’t get it just yet… but his whole life is now underway and ahead of him! 🇺🇸 💪🏼

🚨🦍🏆🚨 CHAMPIONS! 🚨🏆🦍🚨
Covey Lehman, Sophomore, Holy Redeemer.
Covey and her amazing all girls 18u baseball team (Carolina Comets) won the Lady Liberty Classic Baseball Championship this weekend… mind you, covey is only 15, long with a bundle of teammates… and THEY WON THE 18U CHAMPIONSHIP!
To top it off their organizations 12u team won the championship too, as well as the 12u Home Run Derby! New organization playing like they’ve been around on top for years! If any girls are interest in an all girls travel baseball team, reach out to me and I’ll get you with them directly. New team and already pummeling along the coast!
Proud of covey and all she takes on. Not many see it, but this young lady never stops.. it helps when your parents are just as motivated and driven!! It’s in her genes. Keep it up young lady, we have lots to accomplish still! 😈🦍😤💪🏼🏆
