🏃‍♀️ Placentia 5K This Saturday – Join the EFCT Family!
Hi EFCT Family!

This Saturday, June 27th, we’ll be out supporting our local community at the Placentia 5K, and we’d love for you to be a part of it!

Please Note:
All EFCT Fitness classes will be canceled on Saturday, June 27th so our coaches and team can participate in and support this awesome community event. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll join us throughout the day!

Here’s the game plan:

🏃 7:00 AM – Meet Up
We’ll meet at Tri-City Park near the pond where Golden ends. Whether you’re running, walking, or just cheering everyone on, we’d love to see you there!

🏁 7:30 AM – Race Begins
Good luck to everyone participating!

💧 After the Race – EFCT Booth
Come find us at our booth near the finish line at Kraemer Park! We’ll have:

Hydration supplements
Creatine samples
Light snacks
Plenty of high-fives and encouragement!

🥪 11:00 AM – EFCT Family Lunch
After the festivities, we’re heading over to Tony’s Deli to grab some sandwiches, relax, and spend time together. We’d love to have as many members as possible join us!

Whether you’re running the race, cheering on participants, stopping by our booth, or just coming for lunch, we’d love to spend the day with you.
