Wednesday WOD: Explosive Push Day This explosive push day is perfect for athletes trying to boost their performance. This workout emphasizes the development of fast-twitch muscle fibers which are vital to combining power and speed. This workout also improves coordination and movement efficiency which decreases risk of an injury. If you do give this workout a try remember to lower the weight down to 30-40%, emphasize the “explosion” within each movement and warm-up with no weight on exercises you are unfamiliar with!
