🔥 Black Belt Testing Results Are IN!🔥

After 3 weeks of anticipation… the moment finally arrived last night at Foothill TKD 👀

Our recent Black Belt testers found out they PASSED and moved up in rank! 🥋✨

It was an incredible night filled with celebration, proud moments, and of course… a little tradition 😏
💥 Out-of-uniform 50 push-ups 💪

We are so proud of each and every one of you. You’ve earned this. Now it’s time to grow into your new rank, deepen your knowledge, and continue the journey.

What a great day working out with the Taekwondo Silverbacks in Concord today. The Westphal/Jones crew learned some new and fun workout drills to bring back to the Dojang, as well as some fun forms to try out with our Black Belt crew!

🥋🔥 Black Belt Testing – What. A. Night. 🔥🥋

Friday was amazing. Our testers brought their absolute best to the mat, showing the hard work, discipline, and perseverance it takes to reach this level. We are so proud of each of you — this was earned, not given. 💪

👏 Huge thank you to our TKD family who made it all possible — our station runners, sparring partners, judges, and fearless board holders. It truly takes a team!

To our testers… take it in. You’ve earned this moment — and this is just the beginning. 🥋✨

🥋 What a day filled with Taekwondo fun!

We kicked things off with our usual high-energy Saturday classes, where students were working hard, sharpening their skills, and bringing their best to the mat. 💪

Next up was our Black Belt Club & Tester Board Breaking Seminar… and wow, the boards didn’t stand a chance! 👊
There were some incredible breaks today. I was so busy holding boards and being amazed that I completely forgot to take photos! 🤯

We wrapped up the day with an awesome Parents’ Night Out Movie Night.

🥋 Black Belt Pre-Test Complete! 🥋

Congratulations to our Pre-Testers on a fantastic job today! Your hard work, dedication, and perseverance truly showed on the mat. This is a huge milestone on the path to Black Belt.

In just a few short weeks, these students will be stepping up to test for their Black Belt or next Black Belt rank, and we couldn’t be more proud of the progress they’ve made.

A big thank you to our instructors who came out to judge and support today. Your time, leadership, and encouragement mean so much to our students and our school.

The final test is getting closer! 💪🥋

🇺🇸 Dojang Closed Today 🇺🇸

Just a quick reminder that we are closed today in observance of Presidents’ Day.

Take the day to rest, recharge, spend time with family, and maybe practice a few forms in the living room so the coffee table stays alert. 🥋✨

We’ll see everyone back on the mats tomorrow, ready to kick the week into high gear! 💥

Love at First Fight was an incredible start to our tournament year and our students showed up with heart, focus, and fire.

To every student who competed, we are so proud of you. Stepping into the ring takes courage, and you represented our school with discipline and indomitable spirit.

🔥 And to those who didn’t medal this time, you still grew. There is so much winning in the lessons, confidence, and experience gained on the mat.
