Over the past 3 years, Eddie has increased his shooting percentage from 50% to 71% 📈

Eddie is one of the hardest workers we have in the gym! He always finds time to get up extra shots and work on his game! We are excited to see everything he accomplishes in his upcoming 7th Grade season

Congrats to Clare Paine on hitting 10k made shots this weekend!!

Clare has been coming in now for over 3 years and overtime has been able to improve her shooting percentage from 31% here first year to now up to 53%‼️ We are super proud of her commitment to getting better everyday!

- Same time
- Alternate
- Side to side
- Out to in
- Front to back
- Shoot 20 free throws after

You must repeat this process five times for a total of 2,500 pounds and 100 free throws. Goal is too see how many free throws you will make out of 100‼️

Congrats to Brady Michaels on hitting 25k made shots today!

Brady is entering his senior year at Dublin Scioto and will look to be a major piece in their success this season! During the summer Brady was in the gym almost everyday working on all different aspects of his game and this past month has shot over 65% on the gun!
