The spinning elbow is more than a powerful strike, it requires awareness, timing, balance, and proper body mechanics.

In this technique breakdown, we focus on stepping off line of attack, finding the target before delivering the elbow, and returning immediately to a strong Krav stance with the hands up, elbows down, and chin tucked. You’ll also see how the movement can follow an evasive response to a hook.
