Pete and Adrienne Reich spent a year praying about a decision that would change life for their family. They eventually sold their house, moved their four kids into a 46-foot fifth wheel, and hit the road.

The adventure brought plenty of unexpected challenges, but it also taught them what it means to trust God and work together as a family.

Your home teaches every day.

It teaches through the way your family handles conflict, uses time, protects meals, responds to screens, welcomes people, and speaks to one another.

Family culture always forms. Intentional choices shape it, or the pressures and conveniences of modern life shape it for you.

The values you name give your family direction. The rhythms you repeat make those values visible. The boundaries you hold protect what matters most.

Spend one week noticing what your family’s current routines already teach. You may discover that the first step toward change is simply naming what has taken root.
