Two weeks into the new year and this is the moment most people quit.

Not because they’re lazy.
Not because they don’t want it bad enough.

Because motivation fades…
Routines get inconvenient…
And most people start with no real plan.

No nutrition strategy.
No structured workouts.
No accountability.

So nothing changes and they fall off.

This year doesn’t have to end the same way.
If you’re ready to stop guessing and start seeing results, we’ve got you.

240 ➡️ 189. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just work.

The guy on the left was 240 lbs barely sleeping, running on junk food, no cardio, and letting my business run me instead of the other way around. I had no energy, no consistency, and honestly… no drive. I was “bulking” but def the wrong way with horrible food.

Feb 2025 to Oct 2025

People kept telling me, “Bro, you need TRT.” At your age you will never get fit without it.
Without even doing a blood test telling me this ish
Complete lie.

What I actually needed was to wake the f* up** and start doing the work.

At 36 years old, I made a decision dial in my sleep, track my food, lock in my training, and start doing my cardio again. No special supplements, no secret diet, just consistency, discipline, and real food.

And here’s the truth:
I’ve gone from 240 down to 189 without losing muscle, and I’m still not done yet.

I’ve been using the entire cut and will continue to it’s been a game changer for staying on point and fueling my progress. Link in my bio and use code R2R50 to get 40% off yours

Let this be a reminder:
You don’t need shortcuts. You don’t need magic pills.
You just need to show up, stay consistent, and believe that anything is possible if you put in the work.

I practice to what I preach, I work 10 to 12 hour days, have 3 kids and a family IF I CAN DO IT SO CAN YOU.

I AM NOT DONE YET

🚨 Most people skip cardio before AND after they lift… but here’s one of my favorite hacks: stack a short run and or some type of cardio on both ends of your workout. It confuses your mind so you don’t feel like you’re doing all that cardio, but the results add up big time.

Here’s how it works 👇

🏃 Pre-lift cardio (1 mile run + 10–15 min):
• Gets your body loose and ready
• Primes your nervous system so you’re stronger under the weights
• Keeps it light enough that you’re not gassed out

👉 After the run, always hit a dynamic warm-up before you lift. That way your muscles, joints, and core are 100% ready to go.

🏋️ Lifting in the middle:
• Now you’re warm, mobile, and mentally locked in for strength work

🔥 Post-lift cardio (10–15 min):
• Adds conditioning without killing your strength session
• Boosts fat loss and calorie burn
• Works like an active cooldown to speed up recovery

The best part? Your brain doesn’t feel like you’re grinding through endless cardio you just split it up and sneak in way more conditioning.

👉 If your goal is fat loss, endurance, or just feeling leaner and sharper, give this setup a shot.

Small changes = BIG results.

I’ve seen a lot of shady stuff in this industry… and I promised myself I’d do things differently.

From hidden fees to contracts people can’t cancel… I’ve worked in commercial gyms where the focus was sales over service — and I knew I wanted no part of that.

So I started building something better. Something real. Here’s what I’ve done and continue to do — to change the game 👇

✅ Opened a private training facility, focused mainly on women.
Why? Because women are often overlooked or underserved in fitness spaces. Here, it’s about comfort, confidence, and results — not judgment or intimidation.

✅ No contracts. No shady fees. Total transparency.
Sign up when you want. Cancel when you need. No hassle, no fine print.

✅ Free compression therapy for all of our clients — because recovery matters just as much as the workout.

✅ Free gym access for all training clients — you don’t need a membership to get stronger here.

✅ Opening a private training room by Dec 2025, fully equipped and perfect for solo sessions when I’m not training you in person. Like your own home gym… but better.

✅ Launched our own apparel store — so clients can rep our brand in quality gear, using better materials at a more affordable price.

✅ Started my own supplement line (R2R Labs) — because I was tired of overpriced junk. Now I can offer cleaner formulas, better ingredients, and real results without draining your wallet.

💬 I’ve got even more in the works.
If you’ve ever felt like the fitness industry wasn’t built for you, stick around — because we’re changing that, one rep at a time.
