Kids and Teens Classes: CrossFit Plainville focuses on the importance of on-going knowledge and technique. CrossFit Kids class offers kids ages 6-12 and teens ages 13-18 the chance to learn what it means to train to be their best selves.

Private Sessions: Group Classes aren't your thing? Not to worry! We have specialized private sessions devoted to finding exactly what it is you are looking for. Whether it be competition training or simply getting your healthy lifestyle back on track, we can help.

Sport Specific Strength and Conditioning: High school sports play a huge role in a child’s life and teaches important life lessons to teens in the athletic field. Camaraderie and hard work are formed while following a goal. Based on your sport, our coaches can help get you ready for whichever sport you or your child are focusing on. Implementing correct technique and knowledge, we teach the athletes how to prevent injury while excelling at what they choose to play.

Nutrition: Need help eating healthy? Maybe you want to lose weight, learn healthy habits, or gain muscle; whatever it is, we can help! Our on-site nutrition coach will sit down with you once a week and come up with a personalized approach to a healthy lifestyle that fits your goals.
