Some pictures from tonight's belt test. I'm so proud of everybody who made tonight as special as it was. The candidates worked super hard to get ready for this, the students who showed up with all of their support, and the families that came and watched - all made it as special and memorable as it should be. Thanks to and for lending their black belt cache to this endeavor. Congrats and well earned to Abdullah, Jason DeConti, Adam, ,Mike Anderson, , and .. We forgot to get a candidates photo, we will rectify that soon!

Our 4-7 year olds' class is a great place for kids working on shyness, focus, and harnessing excess energy. Kids learn body awareness, respect, discipline, and self-defense for bullying situations and more. Our coaches have nearly a decade of experience working with kids of all ages and abilities.
