Congratulations to Southington High Softball player and Fast Lane Speed Training athlete Nerea Maule in receiving All CCC Conference honors. She is the shortstop for Southington . Great player and great athlete! Nerea is a regular in the off season as she takes her training seriously! She is also the starting guard in the Southington High Girls Basketball Team!

Congratulations to Northwest Catholic Lacrosse player Madeline Rudy in scoring her 100th career goal. Maddie a Fast Lane Speed Training athlete worked really hard this past winter to prepare for this season! Maddie will be taking her talents to Roger Williams next school year.

What an honor to speak at the 14th Annual Roberto Clemente Life Commemoration Event at Dunkin Donuts Park in Hartford yesterday. This special event was well attended. Thanks to the event organizers that invited me to speak at this amazing ceremony!
