JH and HS don't forget the movie night tomorrow night! We will plan to start the movie about 8:00PM at the ballfields. Snacks and drinks sponsored by TK Electric. Reminder the HS football game is at 3:00PM followed by the Plainville Booster Club 5th Quarter pizza party at the Cardinal Gym Commons then join PRC for a movie. A fun day for all!

PRC Pop up challenge coming this Friday Sept 11. Join us in the challenge for the 9/11 memorial. You can do this at the track (up and down one side of the bleachers counts as 1 and 4 laps is a mile), at the gym on the stair master/treadmill or around town and on your stairs at home. Simply comment on this post when complete and add a pic if you would like and be entered in a drawing for a 9/11 memorial t-shirt.
Stairs- complete 55 or 30 minutes
Run/walk- compete 2 miles or 30 minutes
Do a combo of both for 30 minutes
