The past 8 months for me has been a journey like no other
I feel grateful for how my vision has changed since then. It’s been challenged, and it’s pushed me in a different direction on my own personal journey.
Some days I am successful, some days I’m not…..And it’s OK.
I have learned that the only thing you can do is your best every day.
Change is the only constant, early we accept, early we get ready for the future.
I Love to see my students strive for that change.

When to do this Mudra?
Ideally between 4-6 am for optimum results and try to keep this gesture for 25 -35 min at a stretch.
