The past 8 months for me has been a journey like no other

I feel grateful for how my vision has changed since then. It’s been challenged, and it’s pushed me in a different direction on my own personal journey.

Some days I am successful, some days I’m not…..And it’s OK.

I have learned that the only thing you can do is your best every day.

Change is the only constant, early we accept, early we get ready for the future.

I Love to see my students strive for that change.

After an amazing cleansing Week 1 we are ready for Week 2.

ONLINE Detox Yoga for Teens, Tweens and Moms are welcome to join as well :)

This will be a Power Yoga week that focuses on poses designed to detoxify the body. Detoxify and rinse the spine through lots of twists and other poses that release toxins from your body. Detox yoga helps with weight control, clearing your skin, and increasing your energy!

Mon - Fri at 10am.
Groups are small so sign up ASAP!
