When it comes to training for you sport. Let’s take football for instance. Why would a pro athlete train his whole life one way but then when he gets to the NFL he stops? Why are you trying to reinvent the wheel? If it got you there it must work??? So then why change? I see this a lot. Weight room builds an athletes mentality. It build and shapes them,prepares them for the game. Stop trying to reinvent the wheel. IF IT GOT YOU THERE IT MUST WORK!!

Summer is coming to an end, and man it went by fast 💨. These guys have come along way since Jun. dealing with nagging pains and injury. Building the foundation needed to play at the highest level possible. I’m excited to see what you guys will do this fall. =gas ⚾️

But I must warn you what you’re about to hear goes against everything you’ve ever heard about how to throw harder with more accuracy and longevity.
Over the last 3 years I’ve designed a system that has helped athletes increase their throwing velocity while increasing accuracy and their stamina.
by Using Physics based approach. while mechanics are important having the physical strength and power to move the body with high speeds and develop explosiveness and high functioning joints. Is imperative to increasing your velocity.
This Fall I will be running all my baseball specific strength and conditioning program Monday- Wednesdays. Starting the 23rd of August. Classes will be 5pm 5:30pm and 6pm.
