Happy National Coaches Day to Coach Jeff Wong! ⚽️💙🖤

A great coach does so much more than teach the game. He builds confidence, demands effort, creates accountability, celebrates growth, and teaches his players how to respond when things don’t go their way.

Coach Jeff leads our Sting Pre-ECNL G2014/2015 girls both on and off the pitch—pushing them to compete, encouraging them to believe in themselves, and reminding them that being a great teammate and person matters just as much as the final score.

From long practices and countless drills to tournament weekends, big wins, tough losses, and those unforgettable moments together, we’re grateful for the time, energy, patience, and heart Coach Jeff pours into these girls.

And when the medals come, they’re pretty special too. 🥈💙

🏆 RUNNER-UP — AND SO MUCH TO BE PROUD OF. 🖤💙

What a weekend for Sting Pre-ECNL G2014/2015 Wong!

Five games. Three days. Five incredibly competitive opponents. And a trip all the way to the U90C Labor Day Open Championship Final.

The girls battled to the very end today, coming up just short in a 3–2 final against Dallas Cosmos and bringing home the Runner-Up medals. 🥈

But this weekend was about so much more than the medal.

They finished top of their bracket, responded to adversity, earned a decisive 3–0 semifinal win, and fought their way into the championship match. Every game asked something different of them—and they kept competing for one another.

Proud of the fight. Proud of the grit. Proud of this team.

The season is just getting started. 🔥⚽
