Tennis Tip Tuesday: this week we’re focusing on volleys 🎾

Unlike a ground stroke, serve, or overhead, volleys don’t require a swing. Since you have less reaction time, every second matters. An accurate and consistent volley takes practice, no swing, no follow through, just punch and return back to ready position.

What a busy and exciting weekend at High Point as we hosted the 2026 League Sectionals! We saw long, competitive matches and incredible effort on the courts all weekend long.
